About the Owner
My passion for healing has lived in me for as long as I can remember. I was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised just across the Hudson River from Manhattan—where my “backyard” was skyscrapers and cold river air. Even then, I found myself drawn to nature. I would walk my neighborhood smelling leaves, studying trees, and quietly imagining a life beyond the city.
That curiosity eventually led me to Western North Carolina, where I attended the Blue Ridge Herbal School of Medicine and began grounding my lifelong interest in plants into practice.
My parents are from Ecuador, South America, and although I never met my grandparents, I grew up hearing stories of my paternal grandmother—who was deeply connected to plant medicine in the mountain regions of Ecuador. I believe that ancestral connection found its way to me. I’ve always felt called to heal, and I was once told I have “healing hands”—a reminder I carry with intention and humility.
During my herbal studies, I noticed something meaningful: Latina women were intuitively drawn to me, sharing their desire to learn about herbalism but also their challenges—whether due to language barriers, time, or access to formal programs. That’s when my purpose became clear.
In addition to crafting herbal products, I offer personalized herbal consultations. These one-on-one sessions are a space for you to be seen and heard. Together, we explore your lifestyle, wellness goals, and concerns through a holistic lens—considering the body, mind, spirit, and daily rhythms. Herbal consultations can support you in understanding your body more deeply, reconnecting with natural remedies, and creating simple, sustainable practices that fit your life. Whether you’re seeking balance, preventative care, or guidance on incorporating plant medicine into your routine, my goal is to empower you with knowledge and gentle, plant-based support.
Through my products, consultations, and my voice, I hope to create a welcoming space for women who feel called to holistic living—whether through plant medicine, ancestral wisdom, or simply a more natural way of caring for themselves. My work is about sharing knowledge, honoring roots, and making herbal wellness feel approachable, inclusive, and heart-led.
